We are now looking for talented HR consultants who want to become part of our team. As a consultant at The Rightsizing Agency, you work as a subcontractor with your own company.

Your Responsibilities:
 

• Support clients with labor law matters, negotiations, and guide them in managing organizational changes.

• Lead projects together with the client and provide strategic HR support to our customers.

• Work with workforce planning, HR strategy, and support during organizational changes.

• Assist clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
   

Who You Are:

• You have at least 8-10 years of experience in HR.

• In-depth knowledge of labor law, negotiations, HR strategy, and change management.

• You have a people-oriented perspective but also a strong business sense.

• You are humble, an expert in your field, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• You have previously worked as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, management consultant, or labor law lawyer/expert.

• Experience in HR transformations and/or HR processes throughout the entire lifecycle.
